Discordium.org Review: Doxxing, Harassment, Predators, GDPR Violations... is this a scam?

We all know Discord is loaded with predators. But you’d expect that once something serious is exposed… it gets handled.

Wrong.

Many users search for Discord servers, bots, emotes, or listing platforms like Discord server lists, FiveM servers, or Minecraft servers. Discordium.org, operated by Nassvoll (Aljoscha Klemcke), presents itself as a professional advertising company.

Evidence suggests something else entirely:

Doxxing
Harassment
Threats
Intimidation
Retaliation
Predators
Illegal Activity
GDPR Violations
DMCA Violations

Doxxing

Multiple Discordium staff, including leadership, have spread personal information without consent. Sharing PII is a clear violation of Discord TOS.

Evidence of repeated PII exposure by staff

What Happens When You Speak Up?

Instead of accountability, reports are met with dismission, silence—or retaliation.

Staff issuing legal threats and spreading misleading claims about Discord IDs being “personal data.”

Nassvoll publicly insulting users for raising GDPR and privacy concerns.

Threats. Intimidation. Harassment. Both privately and publicly.

Escalation Instead of Accountability

Evidence shows staff actively attempting to gather more personal data instead of stopping, even going so far as ban evading, another blatant violation of Discord TOS.

No apology. No accountability.

Is this a “professional company”?

Not Just One Case

This isn't a one-off thing. Similar incidents have been reported by multiple people, over and over.

You might all be thinking: This could be fake; or, it could be one hater and multiple alt accounts or friends. And these are valid points. But if the evidence was fake or photoshopped, that would have been Discordium's first statement. And if you look through their responses, you'll realize that they NEVER say this.

Review Manipulation

After verified negative reviews were mass-reported and removed, Discordium began posting fake positive reviews.

Their Own Staff Confirm It

Internal messages show staff acknowledging misconduct, even gloating about it.

This is a Discordium staff member whom requested their identity be censored due to fear of retaliation.

Webhook spam messages sent by a Discordium administrator. A bit extreme, but then again, considering everything Discordium has done, it's rather understandable.

Nassvoll confirming only administrators had the permissions to send those messages.

Discordium developer response advising users to “just block” their predators.

Official response acknowledging misconduct while keeping the same staff in place.

GDPR Violations

GDPR is Europe's set of privacy data laws. Article 38 states that the Data Protection Officer (DPO) cannot have a conflict of interest with the controller (Aljoscha Klemcke). But the same individual appears to act as both owner and Data Protection Officer for Discordium.

Policy changes were made without notice after being questioned. Now, they don't have a DPO listed at all, despite collecting personal data such as emails and legal names.

DMCA & Copyright Issues

Discordium lists bots they do not own and claim to be the bot developers. A lot of well-known bots, such as Poketwo, Mudae, Tatsumaki, Carl, and others were included.

Their staff have also had DMCA violations and takedowns issued against them.

This isn't "just Discord drama."

Multiple communities, websites, and organizations have banned or blacklisted Discordium.

Discordium bans people who ban their staff in retaliation.

Harassment. Doxxing. Threats. Predators.

Reported repeatedly. Documented extensively. Still active.

Users, beware. Make informed decisions before joining communities, using bots, or trusting server advertising networks.
